Pilates for seniors, seated mobility exercises, general wellbeing
Pilates for seniors, older adults, to improve mobility, flexibility, posture, core strength and general wellbeing. The class is for anyone who wish to strengthen major muscle groups with low impact, which will be ideal for seniors and who wish to start exercises.
The exercise class lasts for 50 minutes. Carer / guardian for seniors may join the exercise, too, at a half price. The pilates class for seniors run based on Monthly membership.
