Julie Kim Pilates 1-1 personal training based on natural remedy which lasts about 1 hour. We will run postural analysis to find out your posture and body type at first lesson so that we can choose the right exercises for you. The lesson covers beginners, intermediate, advanced level.

Pilates training will help to strength core muscles, ease back pain, enhance relaxation through correct breathing pattern, improve spine mobility, relieve shoulder and neck tension, prevent injury, work on flexibility, and build lean muscles.

We will contact you to discuss your needs and arranging a time for lesson after you placed an order. Also, if you prefer to have a session at your place, there is extra travel charge of £20.
